Our staff will be wearing face coverings and we ask all customers to also wear a mask or other face covering when entering our barn or when unable to maintain an acceptable social distance elsewhere on our property. The good news is that there’s plenty of space to spread out on the farm! Also, we ask if you are part of a large party, only a few of you enter the barn at a time to help keep it from becoming overcrowded.
Unfortunately, we will not be offering hot cocoa this year. The required safety procedures for serving refreshments are too much for us to undertake with our limited staff.
We will offer hand sanitizer at several locations and have disposable masks available. Our restroom facilities in the barn will also be sanitized several times per day.
To maintain social distancing, we will only be allowing 2 groups of customers or 1 larger group per wagon both to and from the field. We realize this may lengthen wait times for the wagons, so we are adding a 5th wagon this year to help keep things moving. To avoid the wait, you are more than welcome to walk back to the Christmas tree fields. The walk is about ¼ mile to the first field. Unfortunately, we can’t allow customers to drive their own vehicles to the fields.
Although pets are still welcome, we ask that you reconsider bringing them to the farm this year as this may make it more difficult to maintain social distancing among each other. Thanks for your understanding!
The day after Thanksgiving and weekends are always the busiest time at the farm. If you would like to avoid crowds, consider visiting us during the week. We are open from 12pm until 5:30pm(dark) on weekdays.
For those who are interested, we are also offering a “curbside” service this year. Feel free to give us a call at (269) 673-2440 to let us know the size and type of tree you’re looking for, wreath, or any other items, and we’ll have them ready for you at a designated time and day for pickup. We will take your credit card information over the phone, and when you arrive you won’t even have to get out of your vehicle! Designated pickups will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday, Dec. 1st, 3rd, 8th, and 10th from 12pm – 4pm. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice in advance if you plan on using this option. If these dates or times don’t work out for you, feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you (no weekends).
